All that is required of you is to contact Green Digital for your maintenance and support services and select the number of hours per month you will need. If your plan is not totally exhausted in the first month, it will be carried over to the next month. After the first month, it is no longer carried over or refunded. Hours may, however, be used in increment within the current month. All tasks are subject to a 30-minute increment billing which is monitored by our tracking system. Any additional hours added to the contracted website maintenance level is charged at the full amount for that particular service.
